History of Luxim

History:

LUXIM was founded in the year 2000 by Yian Chang, Matt Espiau, Chan Joshi and David Turner to develop emerging long-life lighting technology.

After engineering verification and receiving investment funding from Sequoia Capital and Worldview Technology Partners, LUXIM pursued the design and manufacture of market leading products implementing LIFI^TM.

2006 was the year of introduction of LIFI^TM to the marketplace and the start of high-volume production.

Today, LIFI^TM is available for sale and makes a major contribution to the design of projection display and other lighting products.
