Michael Moritz 

Chairman of the Board

Michael Moritz is a venture capitalist at Sequoia Capital focusing on software and services investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 1986, he worked in a variety of positions at Time Warner and was a Founder of Technologic Partners.


Tony McGettigan

Director and CEO

Mr. McGettigan has over 15 years experience in consumer electronics holding leadership positions in manufacturing, product development, business development and business unit management.

Mr. McGettigan spent 7 years managing the projection display component business at Optical Coating Laboratory Inc. and JDS Uniphase. In addition, he is a prominent figure in the projection display industry and is a recognized expert in both the technology and commercial aspects of the sector. Prior to working in projection display, Tony held various management positions in the inkjet printing business at Hewlett-Packard where he drove the extension of their technology from desktop printing to digital photography.

Mr. McGettigan received his MSME and MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he graduated with full fellowship. He received his BSME (Summa Cum Laude) from University College Dublin.


James Wei

Director

James Wei is General Partner and founder of Worldview Technology Partners and has been named one of Forbes Magazine's Top 100 Venture Capitalists. James has led or co-led successful investments in companies that include Catena Networks, Ciena, Corvis, NeoMagic, Nvidia, Oplink, Silicon Spice, Tellium and many others. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of 3PAR, CommVerge Solutions, Ooma, Stretch and Tensilica in addition to LUXIM.

Before founding Worldview, James was a fund manager at JAFCO Ventures. Prior to JAFCO, James held engineering positions at Sony and IBM. James holds a B.S. degree in systems design engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.


Nicholas K. Pianim

Director

Prior to joining DAG Ventures in 2007, Nick was Vice President of Corporate Development at Juniper Networks where he was responsible for acquisitions, commercial transactions and venture investments.  Previously he was CFO for Ensemble Communications where he oversaw corporate development, and CEO of iAsiaWorks, a NASDAQ listed datacenter and managed services company.  He also worked with Enterprise Partners Venture Capital on a variety of development and investment assignments and with Morgan Stanley International.  Nick received a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Ronald C. Foster

Director

Ronald C. Foster is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of Micron Technology, with oversight responsibilities of the financial aspects of Micron’s worldwide operations.

Mr. Foster was appointed to his current position in 2008 after serving as a member of the Board of Directors from June 2004 to April 2005. He was the chief financial officer for FormFactor, Inc., before joining Micron and previously served in senior financial management positions for Hewlett-Packard, Applied Materials, Novell and JDS Uniphase.

Mr. Foster holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Whitman College. 


Greg Miller

Director

Greg is a technology executive with demonstrated success leading Fortune 500 company divisions and Venture Capital startups. He is currently President of Miller Enterprises which helps companies with fund raising, customer acquisition, strategy and expansion. Earlier Greg was CEO of Sequoia Capital backed Miradia which was acquired in March 2009. Prior to Miradia, Greg was VP and GM at JDSU leading the thin films, polymer optics, commercial lasers and consumer electronics division.  Greg holds a BSCE from Texas Tech and an MBA from Florida Tech.

 


 

Lou Tomasetta

Director

Lou Tomasetta is a co-founder of Vitesse and has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director since Vitesse's inception in February 1987. From 1984 to 1987, he served as President of the integrated circuits division of Vitesse Electronics Corporation. Prior to that, Dr. Tomasetta was a director of the Advanced Technology Implementation department at Rockwell International Corporation. He has over 25 years of experience in the management and development of GaAs based businesses, products, and technology. Dr. Tomasetta received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Tomasetta also serves as a director of a number of private companies.
